The Arrow of the Planner
You see the whole sequence before anyone else has agreed there is a problem.
The left column is full — 3, 2 and 1 down through mind, heart and body. Thought turns into feeling turns into action without anything dropping between the stages, which is what planning actually is.
A complete circuit down the outer edge of the lattice: imagination at 3, intuition at 2, expression at 1. It is the only line in the system with no matching weakness — a date missing 1, 2 and 3 together is close to impossible — so where the other arrows come in pairs, this one only ever appears as something you have.
It shows up as sequence. You do not see a goal, you see the order of operations that reaches it, and you see it immediately and without effort. In a group you are usually the one who notices that step four depends on something nobody has started, which makes you valuable and, in the moment, unwelcome.
It turns into a life engineered against surprise. The same faculty that anticipates failure also forecloses possibility: options get discarded during the planning, before anyone has said them out loud, on grounds nobody else got to hear. From outside this looks like caution. From inside it does not feel like a choice at all.
What to do about it
Let some of it stay unplanned. This arrow is very good at building a life in which nothing surprising can happen.
