Your date of birth is turned into a short code and put in the address of the page — that is the whole mechanism. It is never sent to a database, because there is not one, and nothing on this site can look up who a reading belongs to.

The code is reversible. Anyone holding a link can work the date back out of it; it is there so a birthday is not legible at a glance in a chat log, not to protect it. Treat a reading link as you would treat telling someone your birthday, because that is what sharing it does.

One item, in your browser's local storage: whether you asked for sound. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and clearing your browser data removes it.

That is the only thing this site stores on your device today.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and a handful of named actions — a reading drawn, a card saved, a comparison shared. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites; what it reports back are totals, not people.

The site honours the Do Not Track setting in your browser. With it on, nothing is reported at all, including those totals.

No advertising is running at the time of writing, and no advertising cookies are set.

If advertising is introduced, ad networks generally set cookies and use identifiers to select and measure adverts, including across other sites. This notice will name the network and describe that before any advert is served, and readers in regions requiring consent will be asked before any such cookie is set.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which records standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — as any web server does. These are Vercel's records, kept under their own policy, and are not used here to build a profile of anyone.

This is not built for children and is not directed at them. Nothing here should be relied on by anyone as a substitute for medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.

Because nothing you enter is stored, there is no account to close and no record to request, correct or delete. If advertising or analytics are later introduced, the ways to opt out will be described in the relevant section above.
