REFUNDS

Write to the address below within thirty days of buying and the purchase is refunded in full. You do not have to justify it, and you will not be talked out of it.

This is not generosity. A refunded file costs nothing to give back, and a policy that argues with people produces card disputes, which cost everyone more than the sale was worth.

The number of dates your chart produces over ten years is shown beside the price, before payment. It varies enormously between charts — some produce a few, some produce hundreds — and a chart with no empty line produces none, so it is not offered the purchase at all.

That number is the product. If it looks too small to be worth the money, it probably is, and it is better that you decide that before paying than after.

The calendar is a standard .ics file and should import into any calendar application. If yours refuses it, say so and it will either be fixed or refunded — and a file that fails to import is worth reporting either way, because it is likely failing for other people too.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, and return to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's business rather than anyone's here, but a few working days is usual.
